Here at Heinz, we're mad about plants and we love sharing that madness with you! We're excited to present TROPICAL MADNESS- a chance for houseplant enthusiasts to celebrate and discover the delightful world of houseplants. Come have FUN with us while learning basic plant care information and gathering general tips and guidelines to follow for the best care of your indoor plants. Whether you're just getting started or already growing, there's something for everyone at Heinz!

Terrarium Make & Take Activity at Tropical Madness
Get planting with us when you visit the Terrarium Make & Take table during Tropical Madness! Terrariums are an easy care planting project for all ages. Choose a container from our store selection or bring one from home (open or closed top) and fill it with potting materials and pixie plants. A Heinz Bro Pro will be available to guide you through the process. All materials provided; fees apply.
Space is limited and registration is strongly encouraged to reduce wait times. Reservations require a $10 deposit that will be applied toward your purchases during the activity.
Tables Open:
- Saturday, March 7th: 9:30 am- 4:00 pm
- Sunday, March 8th: 10:30 am-3:00 pm
Details:
- Activity takes approximately 1 hour to complete
- Registration timeslots run every half hour (9:30-10:30, 10:00-11:00, 10:30-11:00...).
- Register each terrarium to be created. Multiple registrations can be purchased at one time.

Join Heinz Brothers Greenhouse Garden Center for Fairy Garden Festival Weekend. Come enjoy this family friendly opportunity to explore the garden center, see what's new for spring, and experience the joy and wonder found in fairy and miniature gardening. Discover hidden fairy gardens throughout the store with an extensive Fairy Gardens Scavenger Hunt; Build a fairy garden from start to finish at the Make & Take Fairy Garden activity table; Enter to win the grand prize fairy garden; come dressed as your favorite fairy or magical creature for extra fun!

Fairy Garden Make & Take Table
Create your own magical fairy garden with Heinz Brothers expert fairy staff during Fairy Festival Weekend, April 11th and 12th, 2025. Purchase everything here, or bring an empty container from home. Heinz Brothers will provide the soil, instruction and magical atmosphere! *additional materials purchased separately.
